TFA s.r.o.

A fully privately owned Czech company TFA alfa s.r.o. with the registered office in Kostelec nad Orlici in Eastern Bohemia started their business in the sphere of engineering production in 1996.
Since its establishment, the company has been managed by four partners with 100% share in the company.

As of 1st January 2015 the company TFA alfa s.r.o. was merged into the acquiring company TFA s.r.o. which has continued with the existing manufacturing programme with the aim of its further expansion.
The acquiring company TFA s.r.o. is established and managed by two partners with long-term of experience in managing and controlling the engineering company which was its predecessor.
The company is based on long-term experience of the management and skilled workshop technicians who collected their skills when implementing deliveries for various engineering projects. The company manufactures products for the textile industry, ski and snowboard servicing machines, multi-purpose anchoring systems, hydraulic components, parts for the energy industry, woodworking machinery, components for the crude-oil extraction machinery and also orders in the area of the pharmaceutical, air-conditioning, mining and metallurgical industries.

Further root manufacturing programme includes:

  • Profesional ski and snowboard servicing machines
  • Clamping modular system (CMS) – custom-made towers, steel angles, frameworks intended for clamping parts during machining on vertical and horizontal machining centres
  • Special assembly tools – intended for the car assembly and other industries. These special SOKETS are designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
  • Special supporting construction systems – includes accessories predominantly to fourth axis of vertical machining centres (i.e. supporting poppet head). It is characterised by high rigidity, precision, variability with the possibility to set the height and pitch for anchoring to different machines.

Long-term experience in engineering

The foundations of TFA s.r.o. are established on the long-term tradition of precise engineering production. The company has been exclusively focused on tailor-made machining with the goal to be flexible in reacting to customer needs. Currently the company places more and more emphasis on own development in the area of ski and snowboard servicing machines and the development of multifunctional anchoring systems for machining centres and special assembly tools. Further to own development activities we manufacture these products and take care of their sales. The technical and technological level of plant machinery is the prerequisite of providing a wide range of machined parts both in conventional machining as well as CNC machining.
The company is also capable of delivering grey-iron, nodular and aluminium alloy casts and casts from steel and non-ferrous metals. It is also possible to deliver machining of forged pieces and weldments. The company also provides machining of carbon and fine steel including machining of difficult-to-machine materials such as for example some qualities of stainless steel, inconel and currently also titanium alloys. There is also a very important and long-term programme of TFA s.r.o. in cooperation with VÚTS a.s. Liberec on the manufacturing of air-jet weaving looms for the production of middle-weight textile fabrics, mainly made of glass silk.

The TFA s.r.o. company participates in the production, assembly and service of air-jet weaving looms developed and commercialized by the company VÚTS a.s. Liberec.
